Sexy Serendipity is a boudoir and portrait studio in Hollywood, Florida built specifically for women who are ready to see themselves differently. Every session is an experience. Every client leaves feeling something they didn't walk in with.

We're a small, intentional operation run by a photographer with over two decades of experience and a belief that every woman deserves to feel seen. We're growing, and we need someone who can help us connect with more of those women, get them excited, and get them booked.

This is primarily a client communication and operations role. If you love talking to people, have a natural ability to make someone feel at ease and excited at the same time, and want to grow into a key player in a business that genuinely changes lives, keep reading.

What you'll actually be doing.

About 70% of this role is communication, sales, and operations. The other 30% is hands-on studio support. No two days look exactly the same, and we'll grow you toward running things independently over time. Here's a realistic picture:

Client Communication and Sales (the core of this role)

• Make and receive phone calls with potential clients — your goal is to get them excited and get them booked. This is not hard selling. It's genuine connecting with a clear direction.
• Manage our CRM (GoHighLevel) — send contracts, build invoices, track pipelines, follow up with leads
• Handle incoming inquiries via phone, text, and email and respond in a timely, on-brand way
• Learn our booking process inside and out and eventually own it independently
• Assist with light computer tasks — Canva, Google Workspace, scheduling, AI tools as needed

Studio and Shoot Day Support

• Prepare the studio and make clients feel welcomed and at ease from the moment they arrive
• Capture behind-the-scenes content (photos and video) during hair, makeup, and sessions with client permission
• Download and organize content to Dropbox during shoot day breaks
• Reset the studio after sessions — laundry, wardrobe, props, all of it
• Handle occasional errands: bank runs, shipping client orders, store runs

Compensation

• Tuesday through Friday, in-person in Hollywood, FL
• Starting at 20 to 30 hours per week with potential to grow to full-time as the studio scales
• 90-day probationary period with a formal raise review at the end
• This role has a clear path to full-time for the right person. We are building something and we want you to grow with us.

• You have a background in sales, booking, customer service, or client relations and you're a natural on the phone. You know how to make someone feel heard and excited at the same time.
• You genuinely love women and light up when you help someone feel good about themselves. That energy comes through on every call.
• You are punctual. On-time is early in our world. Five minutes late throws off every client after you.
• You're tech-curious and a fast learner. You don't have to know everything, but you have to be willing to pick up CRMs, Canva, AI tools, and whatever else we use without being hand-held through every step.
• You're comfortable in a boudoir environment. Lingerie, body positivity, emotional clients. None of it rattles you.
• You communicate like a professional. If something comes up, you say so. No ghosting, no excuses.
• You're ambitious and want to grow. This role starts at 20 to 30 hours but has a clear path to full-time for the right person.
• Bonus: you're comfortable being on camera or working alongside someone who is.

What we're looking for.
